Every packages includes cups, straws, all necessary bar tools, ice bin, all mixers, 1 bartender, 4 hours of pour service, alcohol shopping list, and if the event is not indoors with a provided bar area, a portable bar will be provided in package price.
If your event is 30 guests or less we do provide micro party pricing. Depending on your package, pricing can range from $200-$300 per the 4 hour bartending service. Add-ons are additional.
We service all of the Lee county and SWFL area!
No, we do not provide any food.
No, we do not provide any liquor. We serve the alcohol provided by the event holder.
Due to state laws, the event holder is responsible for buying the liquor and bringing it to the event.
We ask that you book with us at least 14 days before your event date to ensure time to gather all necessary tools and preparations.
A 5 day cancelation is REQUIRED prior to your event date or no deposit refund will be issued.
We require at least 50% down at booking of your event to block off the date and the remaining balance to be paid off day of event. Payment in full at time of booking is recommended.
No, unfortunately we can not accommodate rain outs. It is the event holders responsibility to provide tent coverage to the event. In the event of a weather occurence, please reach out and reschedule to a new date with us. Check our 'Add-Ons' page for small tent coverage for the service bar area!
Yes, we are fully licensed in the state of Florida and the county. We are also fully insured with liability and liquor coverage to provide service and work your event! Proof of our license & insurance can be provided upon request.
I have been in the service industry since I was a teenager and my first job was working in the cafe at the local skating rink. I attribute my people skills to then! Having had years of restaurant experience under my belt, my service ability has only grown greater and my love for drink making has developed into more than just a hobby/job- its now my passion!
SWFL Bartenders was created by owner, Paige. Originally located in Fort Myers, all of southwest Florida has been my home all of my life. While we currently live in Cape Coral, being extra familiar with the area is a quality I use to my advantage!

Upon booking, you are agreeing to ALL of SWFL Bartenders’ terms and conditions as follows:
You, the client are agreeing to provide FULL payment BEFORE your event date. We require at least 50% deposit at the time of booking your event to hold your date. The remaining balance must be paid entirely the day of your event BEFORE our bartending services have been fulfilled. Failure to pay will be taken as a breach of agreement between client and provider and we will retain the option to seek legal remedies AND keep any deposit that has already been made. Any add-ons CAN be added onto your purchase after an initial deposit is made. The total will be calculated and determined and expected day of event.
SWFL Bartenders promises to deliver on all expected services agreed upon during booking, to set up bar at the proper discussed time and clean up/remove all bar materials promptly after the event is over. We will not cause any damage to the event space and will repair any damage proven to be caused by any SWFL Bartenders employee. By booking our services you are taking full financial responsibility of any damage to any/all SWFL Bartenders materials you or your guests are responsible for harming.
SWFL Bartenders agrees to follow liquor laws and not over serve any guests visibly intoxicated and/or acting in a manner that could be detrimental to themselves or guests. We will also make sure to never serve any one underage and to always ID anyone appearing to be underaged. SWFL Bartenders is not responsible for providing a liquor license/event permit at any said location/event space.
Our cancellation policy requires the client to cancel at least 5 days PRIOR to their event date. NO REFUND will be issued if the cancellation request isn’t made at the proper time. The cost of materials required for your event will have been purchased by then and still need to be compensated for. If the cancellation request is made at least 5 days prior to your event, 50% of your initial deposit will be refunded. We will not issue a full refund due to holding your date and blocking it off from any future clients. Our rescheduling policy requires the client to properly communicate at least 7 days before their original event date to schedule to a new date. We will retain any deposit made if the event is not rescheduled at the proper date. In the event of a natural disaster or emergency, we will reschedule to the next available date.
SWFL Bartenders is NOT responsible for buying or providing any alcohol for any event. The client is responsible for providing and transporting all alcohol to the event space. The client is responsible for ensuring all financial responsibility is met for their venue rental and ensuring enough space for a bar setup and providing room for electricity outlet if required.
SWFL Bartenders does have a legal license with the state of Florida and with Lee County to perform all duties legally. Proof of license can be given upon request. SWFL Bartenders does have liability and liquor insurance coverage which can also be given upon request.
Upon booking, the client agrees to indemnify and hold SWFL Bartenders from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and all expenses from any alcohol related activities at/during the event that may result in damage or injury or loss.
